A fun-filled company initiative where employees are encouraged to share their favorite viral videos. Dubbed the Instagrammies, this social media competition combines internet humor with the prestige of an award ceremony.

The winners of this challenge received custom Instagrammy keychains as a heartfelt token of appreciation for their outstanding submissions.


The experience team donned their jury hats and proudly embraced their roles as judges. They each handpicked their very own favorite video and showcased them on the company's Instagram to kickstart the fun.

Linkedin copy and visuals — with a twist. From bold and brazen imagery to thought-provoking opening lines, these posts are strategically crafted to disrupt passive scrolling and ignite discussions in the comments.

Attention spans are notoriously fleeting on social media, which makes first impressions key. Each post is designed with a short hook—whether it's a thought-provoking question or a polemic statement—to draw readers deeper into the content.

Step into the magical realm of tarot with these custom stickers celebrating employee achievements. Loved by Gen Z, these tarot-themed stickers add a playful twist while highlighting the unique contributions of each role within this vibrant company.

These tarot-infused stickers were offered to employees as a token of gratitude in exchange for participating in the company's experience survey. This innovative strategy doubled engagement while adding a dash of excitement to the workplace culture.


To bring an extra personal touch to this corporate campaign, employees were asked to take to their keyboards and fill out the survey in an off-beat video reminiscent of a 90s TV show.

2024

Tongue in cheek recipe book chronicling the epic tales and recipes of Scary Mary—the cowgirl and culinary maven behind a host of hotter than hell sauces noted for their deadly afternotes.

Newsletters, infographics, videos – you name it! This ongoing project demanded detailed communication on multiple fronts to shine a light on all the behind-the-scenes efforts aimed at improving employee satisfaction.


The vibrant color palette and tongue-in-cheek storytelling transformed the typical corporate experience into an engaging and enjoyable journey for all.

2017

Leveraging the iconic Royal Bank tenner to reaffirm the Royal Bank of Scotland’s place in Scottish hearts. The results spoke volumes, as this campaign sparked a wave of positivity across social channels, catapulting brand recognition to unprecedented heights.

The campaign made its grand debut on TV screens and in cinemas, coupled with outdoor ads and digital banners to amplify the brand message on all fronts.

Teaming up with the Scottish band Prides, we crafted an unforgettable experience – Get Closer to Prides – an exclusive acoustic performance at the legendary Barrowlands, where Royal Bank customers could immerse themselves in music for just a tenner (all proceeds donated to charity).
